The lush colours and ornamental finesse of our patisserie catches everyone’s eye, but the superior quality of our products begins with the ingredients.

We use Valrhona chocolate, Elle & Vire butter, Iranian pistachio, Tahitian vanilla, Alentejo raspberries, Piedmont hazelnuts, Algarve oranges... a wonderful world of quality, which we demand to work with.

We make our products by hand, from scratch, and with the greatest rigour and care. Only this approach can result in the extraordinary experience that is to taste our creations.

It is the star of our house, the motivating force that most challenges our imagination. We have permanently on the menu both sweet and savoury eclairs and we maintain some flavours always available, such as the salted caramel or the Paris Brest, our best seller.

Throughout the year we refresh the eclair menu with original suggestions that we like to present in autumn/winter and spring/summer collections. For special occasions, we also create new eclairs and custom-made eclairs to order.

Since we are in activity, we have created more than 350 different eclairs.

In the macaron menu there are some fixed flavours, but we are always creating new flavours and combinations according to the ingredients in season. In addition to six varieties always available, we regularly introduce two original suggestions, which are periodically refreshed.

Like the eclairs, macarons ignite our imagination. That is why we have crafted already more than 80 different creations.

We like to present new suggestions for every holiday and we make personalized macarons to order, as far as creativity will take us, or according to the customer’s wish.

In our shops we offer other pastry and bakery products that go very well with high-grade Mariage Frères tea, with a delicious, organic Delta coffee or with some of our homemade hot chocolate.

Having your breakfast and afternoon tea in mind, or for a light lunch, we serve savoury eclairs in the form of a salad; scrambled eggs with bacon or with salmon and avocado; croissants with Charents-Poitou D.O.P. butter or with almond cream and orange syrup; Neapolitan cakes with Valrohna chocolate; raisin bread; madeleines; brioches; gâteaux de voyage with dark chocolate, Yuzu lemon or orange; financiers produced with almond flour, egg whites and beurre noisette; cookies with milk or black chocolate nuggets and fleur de sel... among many other wonders you will want to try.

Because we value creativity, we often have new suggestions for special dates such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas or Easter, specifically made to celebrate the occasion.
